Climate 

• Full sun to partial shade.

• Drought, shade and heat tolerant.

• Grows well on all types of soil.

• Prefers a soil Ph of 5-6.

Maintenance 

• Extremally low maintenance.

• Requires frequent mowing and should be cut anywhere from 1-1.5 inches in height.

• Should be aerated and overseeded once a year.  

Insect, Disease & Weed Control

• Moderately resistant to insects, disease and weeds. 

• Pre-emergent and post emergent should be applied yearly to prevent different types of weeds from sprouting up.
